Matthew Michaelis, President – Matthew began his career at ADA in 1994, and has been there ever since, rising steadily through the ranks. Beginning in the warehouse loading trucks, he moved on to inventory control, followed by a promotion to assistant production supervisor. From there, Matthew moved on to plant manager and finally VP of Operations prior to becoming president of the company. By working his way through every major function of the company, Matthew learned the ins and outs of the business, and the respect of the employees who have witnessed his ascent. He learned firsthand how to recognize the strengths of his employees, and how to delegate responsibilities to those strengths. Matthew feels strongly that ADA’s clients are the lifeblood of the company, and that mandate has worked itself into every nook and cranny of ADA. Matthew is a can-do, positive leader, and looks forward to growing the company through an expansion of services, and a commitment to reaching out to new and established markets with a renewed sense of optimism and dedication to meeting and exceeding the goals of our valued clientele.

Raymond G. Liedtke, Manager of Operations - Ray joined the company in 2011, and brings to ADA over 30 years in the mailing industry. In his previous capacities he was responsible for the production and mailing of a million pieces of mail on a daily basis, and was liaison to the United States Postal Service. He has become very proficient in the USPS Domestic Mail Manual, DMM, and experienced in Mail Design Analyst. These high profile jobs have given Ray an insight on how sensitive mailings are for clients, and through these and other experiences throughout his career, Ray consistently lives by the credo that a quality product is what keeps clients in the house. In his time at ADA, Ray has witnessed firsthand a standard of teamwork that he has not seen in years. That teamwork is the foundation of what makes ADA the company that it is.

Tim Pezella, Manager of Data Processing - Tim joined ADA in the early ‘90’s, and other than a 2 year stint with Citicorp, has been with ADA since. Tim, with a solid career in data processing, has witnessed numerous changes at ADA over the years, not the least of which concerned his area of responsibility. Originally running an IBM mainframe computer to handle the company’s data processing requirements (which took up an enormous amount of space), the company invested in the GMC Print Net T Software package, which changed the functionality of the company dramatically, adding endless capabilities, quick turnaround time, and virtual elimination of human errors. With the current management team in place, Tim feels a renewed sense of excitement as the company moves forward, and feels the sky is the limit for ADA. He looks forward to meeting the new challenges of the company head on, and will continue to push the technological envelope.
